Unique Turf Cleaning provides Turf cleaning and maintenance services for residential and commercial customers. The services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, weather, and other operational factors.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding the condition of your turf.
- Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Keep pets and valuables away from work areas.
- Notify us of any hazards (e.g., sprinkler systems, wiring beneath turf).
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
- A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment.
- Appointments can be booked on our contact page, phone, or email.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or equipment failure.
5. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, cash, online payment systems.
- A late fee may apply for overdue invoices.
6. Warranties and Liability
- We use non-toxic, turf-safe products to the best of our knowledge.
- We are not liable for any allergic reactions that may result from the use of our cleaning products.
- Unique Turf Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or incorrect turf installation.
- Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, logos, images, software) is the property of Unique Turf or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy which outlines how we collect and handle your personal information.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
